This is a virtual retreat which will take place online.

Here are some tips to ensure you get the most from the day:

• Have a solid internet/wifi connection as the Retreat will be held via Zoom. A recording will be sent to each participant to watch the replay at their leisure
• Make sure you block out some time in a quiet space so you can be fully present in the retreat. Ideally you will be connecting with your computer where you can easily download Zoom (https://zoom.us/) and connect with the group. Please ensure that your computer device has a built in webcam so that you can see and take part effectively.
• If you are not sure as to where to look for properties to create your shortlist of three to send to Nikki, please visit these portals which are the most popular:

• You will receive in advance the workbook delivered to your chosen delivery address in a hard copy format, prior to the retreat starting which will also be available in an editable PDF format so you can effectively take notes whilst the retreat is taking place THEREFORE PLEASE ADD YOUR MAILING ADDRESS BELOW (this will only to be used for mailing you your workbook).
• Nikki's team will connect you with her trusted network so that all the required legal & structural due diligence can be undertaken on the property (these services do not form part of the retreat cost. Any professional that is hired by the participant will have their own charging structure that is not covered by the retreat)
• Complete the welcome form, sharing with Nikki what your Italian dream is, your objectives, timeline and Nikki will be able to really get on a deeper level of knowledge as to how to best support you. Don't forget to also submit your questions you would like covered in the live Q&A session of the retreat
